Customer Service: Excellent; some of the best customer service anyone could ever have the pleasure of working with. I asked for the sword to not any engraving on its blade and they delivered flawlessly.
Sword: Blade quality is good, handle work is fair, pommel and guard are fair quality.
Scabbard: Quality is fair; perhaps a bit lacking, but at least it is artificial leather (Guaranteed Halal).
Case and Sword Stand: Good quality.
Overall: a very fair sword despite the minimal imperfections and the many things that come with it for the price. It's definitely worth the full price and comes with many conveniences and accessories. A worthwhile buy for the price and a very good sword, not to mention the excellent customer service.
