A new digital drawing and model design is required.
According to the length of the sword, a new handle and guard should be designed and molded and produced by casting.
A special scabbard must be produced according to the produced sword.
In this whole process, more than 1 month is required for the production of a new model due to the processes I mentioned above.
And the minimum budget to produce the average first model would be around $1500 – $2000.
