Shipping / Customs Tax
Orders that do not require customization are delivered to the courier within 2 to 10 days. If you requested customization, it will be delivered to the Express courier within 5 to 15 days.
Please know that we do our best to get orders promptly.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 10 business days (Sun) or 15 business days , please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Ottoman Swords’un has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Ottoman Swords’un has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Ottoman Swords is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
Customs duty is not paid if the United States orders under 800 USD, Ukraine 150 EUR, Azerbaijan 500 EUR, European Union Countries 22 EUR, Gulf Cooperation Countries under 270 USD.
Customs taxes are specific to each country. It is your responsibility to know the customs rules and customs tax rate and costs for your country.

While we do ship globally, there are some countries that we are unable to ship to at this time.
Countries we are not able to ship to at this time include, but are limited to, the following:
Brazil, Russia, India, Pakistan, North Korea, Egypt, Iraq, Iranian, Afghanistan
Orders / Payments
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at email@example.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
We produce special custom orders. You can contact us for this. The best way to contact us is to use the Whatsapp button in our online store or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, for online orders.
We do not accept Paypal because Paypal has not been available in our country since 2016.
We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter list from time to time. If you would like to hear about promotions first please subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of this page.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
Your order was never actually placed and processed.
You have entered an incorrect email address with your order
If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.All personalized swords, arrows, bows and all kinds of personalized items purchased from our site.
