Soft Series Chef’s Knife

My Soft series Chef knife model was produced by using 440m stainless steel band system with oxygen-free heat treatment. The cutting edge was grinded at 0.2 mm extra thin and at 1.7 degrees from both sides to make it sharper and better to come to the table and blunt late. The surface was left matte for easier separation of vegetables. Imported tight textured natural and exotic wood varieties were used in the handle.

Stainless German Steel: The steel we use in our knives is one of the most suitable and quality steels for kitchen use.

Its hardness degree is 56 HRC: This hardness is both suitable for sharpening with saw blade and a good hardness for long-term sharpening resistance. Do not confuse Zaika blades with blades that become dull in 1-2 weeks.

Knife handle: The handle of our knives is from various trees such as Ash and Afrormosia, which are very resistant to water.

Usage Suggestions:

– We do not recommend machine wash your knives. The reason for this is that, due to the nature of the blades, their sharpness is deteriorated when they come into contact with high temperatures. We recommend that you wash your knife in your hand with lukewarm water and the soft side of your sponge.
-Knives are dangerous products for children. Therefore, keep it out of reach of children.
-You should be careful when using your knife. The blade can cause undesirable damage in case of distraction.
