1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees that if they confirm the order subject to this Agreement, they shall be obligated to pay the total order amount including the product price, shipping cost, taxes, and any additional charges specified on the website.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of interpretation and implementation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below.

SELLER:
The company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of such company.

BUYER:
A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a product or service for non-commercial purposes.

WEBSITE:
The internet website owned and operated by the SELLER.

ORDERING PARTY:
A natural or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER’s website.

PARTIES:
Refers collectively to the SELLER and the BUYER.

AGREEMENT:
Refers to this Distance Sales Agreement concluded between the BUYER and SELLER.

PRODUCT / GOODS:
Refers to movable goods subject to purchase through the website and any related digital or physical items.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.

All listed prices published on the website are the final sales prices. These prices remain valid until updated or changed by the SELLER.

Promotional prices remain valid only during the specified campaign period.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential characteristics of the product(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, specifications) are published on the SELLER's website.

The BUYER can review the product features on the relevant product page before placing an order.

7.2 Prices

Prices listed and announced on the website are the final sales prices.

These prices remain valid until they are updated or changed by the SELLER.

Limited-time campaign prices are valid only for the duration of the campaign.

7.3 Taxes and Payment

The total sales price including all applicable taxes is displayed during the checkout process.

The invoice will be issued according to the billing information provided by the BUYER and delivered electronically or together with the shipment.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1 Information and Acceptance

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood all preliminary information on the SELLER's website regarding:

  • Product specifications

  • Sales price

  • Payment method

  • Shipping and delivery conditions

and confirms this electronically before completing the purchase.

9.2 Delivery Period

The product shall be delivered within the time specified on the website depending on the delivery address, provided that the legal maximum delivery period does not exceed 30 days.

Delivery is made via international courier services such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to themselves or to the person at the delivery address.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within this period.

Returned products must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated.

11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Products prepared according to the BUYER’s personal requests

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

  • Used or damaged items caused by the BUYER

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on payment when using a credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they shall pay interest under the credit card agreement between themselves and the issuing bank and shall be responsible to the bank.

13. JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved according to applicable consumer protection laws.

Competent courts and arbitration committees in the SELLER's jurisdiction shall have authority unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

By completing the payment for the order placed through the website, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
