I have been looking for Turguts Axe for a while now, so when I was in Turkey the hotel git me in contact with Ali from Ottoman Swords. He had been extremely helpful, guided me along the process and within 10 days the Axe was delivered to me in South Africa. He was a pleasure to deal with and needless to say I am extremely happy with my personalized Axe. I will definitely use them again as they have so many items in stock that I would love to own.

Bought this as a present for my brothers birthday. Very happy with it, I had an issue with the delivery address, I think just defaulted to my billing address instead of my brothers. I contacted customer service via email and they responded and fixed the issue very fast.

I have never ordered anything internationally before and was worried. This was a great experience all around. Will definitely buy from here again.
