Ertugrul Leather Medieval Shield

Not often I review purchases but the post-order service itself deserves a 5* rating. Ordered as a gift to be given during a cruise around the Fethiye bay area, hence shipped to the hotel we stayed at the days before departure on the yacht. Due to no fault of Ottomanswords, the package ended up in the hotels warehouse the morning of our departure and was "lost" there. Thanks to the fantastic service of this seller, whom even called the hotel on my behalf to figure out who had signed for it (hotel warehouse manager) and where it was (hotel warehouse), we managed to ferry the shield to our boat and gift it to the birthdayboy! 6/5 stars.
