Customer Service: Excellent; some of the best customer service anyone could ever have the pleasure of working with. I asked for the sword to not any engraving on its blade and they delivered flawlessly.
Sword: Blade quality is good, handle work is excellent, pommel and guard are good quality as well.
Scabbard: Quality is good and it is artificial leather (Guaranteed Halal).
Case and Sword Stand: Good quality.
Overall: an excellent sword for its price that comes with many additional things. It's definitely worth the full price, especially for how much you receive. A worthwhile buy for the price and an excellent sword, not to mention the excellent customer service.
