Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order, and all items are the price including shipping. Process for parcel lost in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. 9 – If Customs Refuses Delivery Each country’s customs procedure is different. Our customers are responsible for knowing the customs procedures in their own countries. If Customs seizes an item and does not deliver it, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
