My Soft series Nakiri knife model was produced by using 440m stainless steel band system with oxygen-free heat treatment. The cutting edge was grinded at 0.2 mm extra thin and at 1.7 degrees from both sides to make it sharper and better to come to the table and blunt late. The surface was left matte for easier separation of vegetables. Imported tight textured natural and exotic wood varieties were used in the handle.

Usage Suggestions:
