Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We generally strive to keep our products in stock at all times. However, since they are handmade, it takes us some time to produce them. If it is in stock, we deliver it to the courier immediately after the order. If it is out of stock, we start producing it immediately after your order and deliver it to the courier when production is completed. We usually produce within 5-7 business days after your order.
