RETURNS Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order, and all items are the price including shipping. You are obliged to know the customs duties of your country. Our customers are responsible for knowing the customs procedures in their own countries. If Customs seizes an item and does not deliver it, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If you deliver the same product to a country hundreds of times, but rarely, customs will not deliver a product this time without giving a reason, and return the product to the sender.
