RETURNS Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. General Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.For customized items, it will take a little longer than the delivery time. Generally, customized products will be produced within 5-15 days. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order, and all items are the price including shipping. You are obliged to know the customs duties of your country. With the taxes you pay, you will be served by your state in your country of residence, so product import and customs duties are paid by customers. When the products arrive at the customs of your country, our company is not responsible for the taxes that will occur before delivery and it should be known that these payments are not the product delivery and transportation fee. 4. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. 4.4 Change Of Delivery Address For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 4.5 Items Out Of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. 4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. 5. Process for parcel lost in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. 9 – If Customs Refuses Delivery Each country’s customs procedure is different. Our customers are responsible for knowing the customs procedures in their own countries. If Customs seizes an item and does not deliver it, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If you deliver the same product to a country hundreds of times, but rarely, customs will not deliver a product this time without giving a reason, and return the product to the sender. In this case, it may take 2 to 3 months for the product to be returned, cleared by customs and returned to us. In this process, there can be no return, refund or exchange unless the product is delivered to us by Turkish customs.
