RETURNS Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. Generally, customized products will be produced within 5-15 days. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order, and all items are the price including shipping. You are obliged to know the customs duties of your country. With the taxes you pay, you will be served by your state in your country of residence, so product import and customs duties are paid by customers. Process for parcel lost in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. 9 – If Customs Refuses Delivery Each country’s customs procedure is different. Our customers are responsible for knowing the customs procedures in their own countries. If Customs seizes an item and does not deliver it, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If you deliver the same product to a country hundreds of times, but rarely, customs will not deliver a product this time without giving a reason, and return the product to the sender.
